About the Project

A cutting-edge tertiary care hospital and medical teaching ecosystem, developed to meet the growing need for advanced healthcare services in the region.

A 16-storey, all-specialty tertiary care hospital

Modern diagnostics and treatment facilities

AI-supported systems and hospital technology

Critical care and emergency services

General wards, private rooms, and specialty care areas

Teaching and training environment for clinical and academic growth

Nursing and paramedical training facilities

4-star accommodation for attendants and visiting families

This is not only a hospital concept. It is a long-term vision to establish a regional centre of excellence in care, training, and medical collaboration.

Why This Project Matters

Many patients and families still face difficulty accessing comprehensive specialist care close to home. This proposed hospital aims to respond to that need.

Strategic Location

The site is located at Khumara on GT Road opposite Premier Sugar Mills in Mardan, making it highly accessible.

Strong Regional Relevance

Potential to serve patients from Mardan, Malakand Division, Peshawar Division, northern areas including Gilgit-Baltistan, parts of Northern Punjab, and nearby regions.

Need for Tertiary Care

There is a recognised need for stronger tertiary-level, multi-specialty healthcare services in the region.

Modern Facilities

Doctors and patients need an institution designed around current clinical realities, advanced equipment, and future-ready systems.

Academic Value

A hospital of this scale could support teaching, postgraduate training, and development of nursing and paramedical staff.

Why Doctors Should Join the Pilot Programme

We are especially inviting doctors from Pakistan, the USA, the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East to help shape this project at an early stage.

Why Your Input Matters

Help define what a truly functional tertiary care hospital should include.
Contribute to planning of specialties, departments, workflow, and equipment priorities.
Ensure the institution is designed around real clinical needs rather than only construction plans.
Participate in early conversations around future clinical, academic, advisory, and strategic roles.
Become part of a serious effort to build a long-term healthcare institution with meaningful regional impact.

This is an opportunity not just to join a project, but to help shape a medical institution from the ground up.

A Message to Interested Doctors

If you have ever wanted to help develop a hospital according to real clinical needs, modern international standards, and future-oriented systems, this is your opportunity to join the conversation at the right time.

We are seeking doctors interested in:

Contributing to hospital planning
Advising on specialty services
Recommending equipment priorities
Supporting teaching and training structure
Exploring possible future clinical or academic association
Discussing strategic participation in the project

Your expertise can help shape a hospital that is more practical, more efficient, and more relevant to the needs of both doctors and patients.

Vision for the Institution

Our aim is to develop a hospital that combines excellence, ethics, and innovation.

Clinical Excellence

Modern Infrastructure

Ethical Service Delivery

Advanced Medical Technology

Teaching & Training Capacity

Long-term Sustainability

Compassionate Care

Support for Underprivileged Patients

A portion of the hospital's services is intended to support poor and deserving patients through discounted or free treatment policies, with the exact framework to be decided through proper governance and board approval.

Stakeholder Participation & Strategic Collaboration

Khumara Medical City is designed as a landmark infrastructure project aimed at redefining healthcare standards in the region. We are currently inviting qualified professionals and visionary stakeholders to join this venture through a structured participation model, focusing on a collaborative approach to hospital ownership and governance.

Expanded Pillars of Participation

Beyond a financial interest, participants are invited to influence the core DNA of the medical city through the following avenues:

  • Architectural & Clinical Layout: Stakeholders have the opportunity to provide input on departmental workflows, ensuring the design aligns with modern clinical efficiencies and patient-centered care.
  • Specialized Equipment Planning: We value the expertise of medical professionals in selecting cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic technologies that will define the city's service capabilities.
  • Operational Governance: Participation allows for a voice in the corporate and administrative frameworks that will drive the institution's long-term sustainability.
  • Digital Integration: Collaborators are encouraged to contribute ideas regarding Telemedicine suites and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to ensure KMCM is a "smart" medical hub.

Structured Opportunity

A preliminary share-based framework is being explored to allow for a broad and diverse base of stakeholders. The current conceptual model envisions approximately 1,000 units of participation, designed to provide a formal and transparent entry point for doctors and strategic partners.

Regulatory Note

All participation structures, share distributions, and conceptual frameworks are currently under development. These models will undergo rigorous legal, financial, and corporate regulatory review. This document serves as an invitation for discussion and does not constitute a formal or binding offering.
