This is not only a hospital concept. It is a long-term vision to establish a regional centre of excellence in care, training, and medical collaboration.
Many patients and families still face difficulty accessing comprehensive specialist care close to home. This proposed hospital aims to respond to that need.
The site is located at Khumara on GT Road opposite Premier Sugar Mills in Mardan, making it highly accessible.
Potential to serve patients from Mardan, Malakand Division, Peshawar Division, northern areas including Gilgit-Baltistan, parts of Northern Punjab, and nearby regions.
There is a recognised need for stronger tertiary-level, multi-specialty healthcare services in the region.
Doctors and patients need an institution designed around current clinical realities, advanced equipment, and future-ready systems.
A hospital of this scale could support teaching, postgraduate training, and development of nursing and paramedical staff.
We are especially inviting doctors from Pakistan, the USA, the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East to help shape this project at an early stage.
This is an opportunity not just to join a project, but to help shape a medical institution from the ground up.
If you have ever wanted to help develop a hospital according to real clinical needs, modern international standards, and future-oriented systems, this is your opportunity to join the conversation at the right time.
Your expertise can help shape a hospital that is more practical, more efficient, and more relevant to the needs of both doctors and patients.
Our aim is to develop a hospital that combines excellence, ethics, and innovation.

A share-based participation model is being explored for qualified and interested stakeholders. The concept under discussion is intended to allow doctors and other aligned participants to become part of the project in a structured way, while also contributing ideas regarding the building design, clinical layout, and equipment planning.
A preliminary concept may involve approximately 100,000 shares, though all such structures will require formal legal, financial, corporate, and regulatory review before any binding offering or commitment is made.
This pilot programme is currently intended to gather:
Any future ownership, governance, employment, profit distribution, taxation, licensing, and regulatory framework would be finalized only after proper professional review and legal structuring.
